WHO WE ARE
We've got our
fingers on the pulse
of healthcare.
The healthcare industry is a driving force in the Austin economy. And as our population grows, the healthcare ecosystem will also expand and change.
Our role is to help leaders meet new challenges and take advantage of opportunities. We want to keep Austin, and all of Central Texas, healthy, and the industry strong.

WE CONVENE
Monthly gatherings help members keep up with the healthcare landscape and each other. Each meeting includes time to network with fellow healthcare executives and a keynote presentation.

WE COLLABORATE
Different perspectives lead to different ideas. We work together in a non-compet- itive environment to better support the community.

WE BUILD RELATIONSHIPS
We break down barriers between hospitals, insurers, government agencies, tech innovators, entrepreneurs, pharmaceutical companies, and every corner of the healthcare ecosystem. By bringing diverse players into the same room, we ignite partnerships that accelerate innovation and strengthen healthcare across Central Texas.

WE SERVE
With leading experts across multiple fields of healthcare, we serve as a resource to government agencies and officials, economic development organizations and business leaders looking to better understand a specific issue or the full picture of healthcare in Central Texas.

Some know Austin for its live music scene. But it's also known for its strong healthcare industry and the tremendous impact the industry has on Central Texas. As the region grows, and as leaders contend with shifting policies, emergent issues and new technologies, the Council works to keep the Austin healthcare ecosystem strong. We provide a central hub for education, collaboration and networking for a wide spectrum of organizations within the healthcare system.

We need collaboration around key community issues and opportunities to innovate in the healthcare space. AHC brings different aspects of the industry together to rally around common needs and improve our community.

AHC members come to the table really meaning to engage and have this common goal in mind.
And it's a big goal of improving healthcare in Austin. But I do think everybody comes with that mission in mind.

What I've truly valued is the connections. The opportunity to connect, to talk, to get to know one another, and to discover and pursue options that wouldn't organically happen.
