The keynote speaker will be Kenny O’Neill, Ernst and Young’s Participatory Health lead. A globally experienced strategic consultant in healthcare, life sciences and wellbeing, Kenny has worked on the development and delivery of innovative transformation programs across all areas of the health and wellness economy. Kenny’s focus is developing strategy for digital transformations of healthcare for traditional and non-traditional payors and providers. He has developed EY’s global thought leadership in how digital and consumerism will enable a new care paradigm focused on improving outcomes, patient experience and reducing the cost of care. He leads enterprise programs advising at Board and Executive level, acting as a trusted advisor. Kenny’s experience to date has provided him with an extremely strong understanding of the health and wellbeing ecosystem. Kenny is a former officer and pilot in the Royal Air Force.

The health sector is changing tremendously due to the high cost of care, and complexities due to aging populations with multiple complex chronic conditions, digital technology and a growth in consumerism. New entrants are converging on the health industry and offering care in new models aligned to the consumer experience. Health care organizations need to consider how they will position in this converging industry to develop the business of tomorrow. This interactive Health Mural presentation provides an opportunity for us to have a personalized discussion on market shifts, new models of care and what we need to consider as we prepare for the future of health.
